Experience and Education

After earning a Master’s Degree in International Conflict, Lyra started writing freelance about TV & film because she had no one to fangirl with. Ten years later and it’s her full-time obsession. Between editing, writing, and podcasting, Lyra has interviewed leading industry talent, reviewed tons of films & shows, and even attended the Oscars. She is a Rotten Tomatoes certified critic and member of GALECA and TCA with bylines at Fangirlish, Remezcla, The Mary Sue, and Latina Media Co.
