Beginning in the late 1970s with his role in Star Wars, Harrison Ford was shot to stardom as the maverick Han Solo. He would go on to play the character in four more Star Wars movies cementing it as a career-defining role. Continuing his collaboration with Lucasfilm, Harrison Ford was picked to lead Indiana Jones: Raiders of the Lost Ark and has since starred in four more movies as Indy, the charming professor of archaeology. The early 1980s also saw him transported to a dystopian future in Blade Runner where he portrayed Rick Deckard, another icon of the era. He would reprise his role in the 2017 movie Blade Runner 2049.
