Marvel will have to do something extremely unique to make another Captain America movie that could take the top spot on this list. The Winter Solider has the perfect mix of modern espionage, fast-paced action sequences that look like they're straight out of a Jason Bourne movie, and more complex character arcs than we usually see in the MCU.
