After starring as Robert Carmichael in the sitcom “The Carmichael Show” (2015–2017), Lil Rel landed on the scene as an actor and comedian. He went on to star in the iconic horror movie “Get Out” (2017), the Netflix post-apocalyptic thriller “Bird Box” (2018), and the drama “Home” (2020), which he also executive produced. His career rose to new heights after starring in “Judas and the Black Messiah” (2021), “Bad Trip” (2021), “Fatherhood” (2021), “Space Jam: A New Legacy” (2021), “Free Guy” (2021), and “Vacation Friends” (2021), all in the same year.
