I think the themes that resonate the most would be ambition - the two boys are super ambitious and are trying to figure out their place in the world. There’s also an important theme of, for me, playing Moriarty, it’s humanity. He’s a young man, he’s not this great villain or a mastermind yet, and things happen to him that will inform his viewpoint of the world – you can empathize with that. This show allowed me to explore conflict – they're great friends but they’re challenging to each other. It was spontaneous and mischievous.
