Madeleine McGraw a débuté sa carrière très jeune, avec des rôles dans American Sniper (2014), Ant-Man et la Guêpe (Ant-Man and the Wasp, 2018), Pacific Rim: Uprising (2018) et le film d’animation Toy Story 4 (2019). Elle s’impose ensuite dans la série horrifique Outcast (2016–2017), puis obtient un rôle principal dans la série Disney Channel Les Secrets de Sulphur Springs (Secrets of Sulphur Springs, 2021–2023). Elle s’est également illustrée dans plusieurs films d’horreur, notamment The Mandela Effect (2019), Black Phone (The Black Phone, 2021) et sa suite Black Phone 2 (The Black Phone 2, 2025).
