Molly Gordon first broke out on TV with "Animal Kingdom" (2016–2018), before starring in comedies like "Life of the Party" (2018), "Booksmart" (2019), and "Good Boys" (2019). Her indie acclaim rose with "Shiva Baby" (2020), and she co-wrote, co-directed, and starred in the Sundance favorite "Theater Camp" (2023). In 2023, Gordon joined the Emmy-winning series "The Bear" as Claire. Dunlap. In 2025, she leads and co-wrote the romantic comedy "Oh, Hi!" (2025), opposite Logan Lerman, about a couple's weekend gone wrong after a relationship misunderstanding. She’s also set to direct her solo feature debut, "Peaked," an A24 high school reunion comedy.
