Jake Lacy made a mark in the world of television when he arrived in the ninth and final season of “The Office” (2012–2013) as the character Pete Miller. He went on to star as Fran Parker in the series “Girls” (2015–2016), and the comedy drama show “I’m Dying Up Here” (2017–2018). Lacy’s career in the movies began with his role in the comedy “Obvious Child” (2014), and he went on to roles in the Todd Haynes movie “Carol” (2015) and political thriller “Miss Sloane” (2016). Lacy’s film career has seen him move between dramas such as “Diane” (2018) and “Being the Ricardos” (2021) and comedies like “Johnny English Strikes Again” (2018) and “Ode to Joy” (2019). Many will remember Lacy’s role as Shane Patton in the first season of “The White Lotus” (2021), and he has since starred in the mystery thriller miniseries “All Her Fault” (2025).
