Garrett Hedlund made his acting debut in the smash hit “Troy” (2004), starring alongside Brad Pitt, before going on to play roles in movies such as “Four Brothers” (2005), “Eragon” (2006), and “Death Sentence” (2007). He went on to star as Samuel ‘Sam’ Flynn in the Tron franchise, performing in “Tron: Legacy” (2010) and “Tron: The Next Day” (2011). Hedlund has since worked alongside Hollywood elite, starring in “Inside Llewyn Davis” (2013), directed by the Coen Brothers, “Pan” (2015) from filmmaker Joe Wright, and “Triple Frontier” (2019), where he played alongside Pedro Pascal, Oscar Isaac, and Ben Affleck. He had a leading role in the Steven Soderbergh-directed interactive murder mystery series “Mosaic” (2017) and has taken leading roles in TV shows such as “Modern Love” (2021), “Tulsa King” (2022–), and “Lawmen: Bass Reeves” (2023). Hedlund is also a musician who often contributes to the original soundtracks of the movies that he stars in, for example, “Country Strong” (2010), “Lullaby” (2014), and “Mojave” (2015).
