Chances are, you'll have seen Doug Jones in a movie before, but you might not recognize him as he is often hidden under swathes of special effects make-up to become a monster... usually for Guillermo del Toro. He's the man behind characters like Fauno and the Pale Man in Pan's Labyrinth, Abe Sapien in Hellboy, and the amphibious man from the Oscar-winning The Shape of Water. Jones was also in Batman Returns way back in the early-90s, popped up in Men In Black II, had a role in sci-fi thriller Doom, and even played the Silver Surfer in the 2007 Fantastic Four flick.
