This series brings to the small screen the seemingly sick, strange and shocking habits and practices from people around the world, from a man who collects his own toenail clippings; a double-jointed boy who can skip through his arms; to analysing the bacteria poo, that makes our sweat smell and hair follicles that don't stop growing. The stories may be hard to stomach, but the science is truly fascinating. Squeamish will explain the inexplicable, define the disgusting, and seek out the science behind what makes people squirm.
