Spider-Man: Brand New Day (2026) is the first time Jon Bernthal's Punisher has appeared on the big screen, and he didn't disappoint. He was the perfect big brother to Spider-Man, but he was also as brutal as we know him from shows like Daredevil: Born Again (2025).

Yet, no matter how intense or angry he was in the film, the Punisher was still an ally to Spider-Man and was there for him when he needed help most. Now we could see the Punisher work with characters like Jessica Jones or even Yelena Belova since he's not as afraid of attention now that he's embraced his other persona. He could also meet Ghost Rider someday or even Moon Knight if he operates in the streets long enough.
