5 KATSEYE Concerts & Shows You Can Stream Right Now
Be it through TikTok dances, WeVerse lives, or performing at festivals, KATSEYE refuses to be hidden and has become one of the most talked about global pop groups. Not only are they incredibly hardworking and talented for their age, but they’re laugh-out-loud hilarious. (Just check the compilations on YouTube if you don’t believe me!) The six-member girl group consisting of Sophia, Lara, Daniela, Manon, Megan, and Yoonchae, were created by Geffen Records and HYBE (the mind behind my personal favorite KPop group, BTS) and let me be the first to say, if it hasn’t been said already, that they delivered!
Each of the girls brings their own unique voice and skill to the forefront, but best of all, they represent their respective cultures so well, unashamed of embracing their roots. They’re not pushed to become an identical mold, rather they’re encouraged to embrace and celebrate those differences, making it KATSEYE’s biggest strength. In fact, one of the reasons fans around the world connect with them so much is because of this. They feel represented by the group, and it shows them that no matter what their background is, with determination and commitment, anything’s possible.
KATSEYE’s catchy songs and fun personality built their career brick by brick, and their popularity is currently at a peak. This momentum got the ball rolling for their The Beautiful Chaos Tour in 2025 that allowed fans to experience KATSEYE in a live setting over 16 shows in North America. And now, things are getting even bigger and better. The group will be heading off on their WILDWORLD Tour in September 2026, this time with 31 shows, tickets to which are fully sold out. Because of the demand, additional shows were added, but those were snatched up too. Not bad for a group that debuted two years ago, huh?
Speaking of fans, KATSEYE fans, adorably known as the EYEKONS are in a state of limbo right now. While the anticipation for the tour has reached a fever pitch, there’s still quite some time for it to kick off. If you’ve been wondering what you can do to fill your time until the tour begins, then allow us to help!
Of course, KATSEYE’s story didn’t begin with sold-out arenas or sweeping awards at the American Music Awards. (I mean, winning in all three categories they were nominated for? Iconic behavior.) The members have done some impressive things on their own before their big debut. Daniela’s performances on So You Think You Can Dance and America’s Got Talent wowed judges (she always had that star power!), you can catch Megan in small roles in Sydney To The Max and Raven’s Home, Sophia popped up in Family Feud Philippines, Lara was in a The Blacklist episode, and Manon showed up in Germany’s Next Top Model.
While the countdown to WILDWORLD continues, there’s no dearth of KATSEYE content to visit (or revisit) right now. You can check out these early appearances, shows, and concerts on Netflix and HYBE LABEL’s official YouTube channel, as they remind fans that the group’s journey has been just as interesting before they officially became KATSEYE as it has been after, proving that these pop powerhouses aren’t slowing down any time soon.
Let’s start by taking it straight to the beginning: The Debut: Dream Academy. Twenty ambitious performers from around the world chased a dream that I’m sure at that point felt both enormous and uncertain. This is what makes Dream Academy such an addictive watch. We as the audience and fans of KATSEYE know where the story ends, but the road to it is still exciting to witness. Along with the members who would end up becoming the group, we’re introduced to other performers as well, and get to watch them prep and take part in dance, vocals, and artistry missions, ultimately facing eliminations to move forward in the competition.
Every contestant brought their own personality, cultural background, and strengths, and we can see the foundations for the group forming steadily, but surely. At that stage, the contestants didn’t know who’d become a part of the global girl group, and whether they’d make it across the finish line, and it was really interesting to watch what each of them was thinking throughout as they were prepping for the missions. Regardless if you’re a longtime EYEKON, a new fan, or just someone who’s curious about how reality talent competitions work, then you can’t miss KATSEYE’s origin story in Dream Academy; it’s practically required viewing.
If you thought Dream Academy was intense, then you clearly haven’t watched Pop Star Academy: KATSEYE yet, which makes it its mission to show you just how much tougher things are about to get. Pop Star Academy gives us an in-depth behind-the-scenes look at the hard work all the participants have poured into the process we got only a glimpse of in Dream Academy. Unlike the latter, whose base was a competition, in Pop Star Academy, we get to spend more time with the people themselves.
Over 8 one-hour episodes, we’re taken along to the training sessions and watch them make difficult decisions and get feedback from the instructors. We see the nerves, the mental pressures, confrontations, and even a group therapy session. These talented young women come together to create something entirely new through their singing and dancing, with moments of excitement, vulnerability, and doubt equally contributing to the overall narrative. It’s what makes this grueling survival show documentary watchable, and seeing the final six (and other contestants) victorious now feels like a personal win.
Once you’ve finished the entire thing, keep this marathon going with KATSEYE’s guest appearance in Season 13, Episode 3 of Star Academy. It’s a lighter, fun follow-up!
They’ve trained, they debuted, and now they’re going to conquer! Lollapalooza Argentina saw KATSEYE perform 12 songs for the first time in Latin America, each of which received thunderous applause. While some artists can sell records, their stage presence leaves a lot to be desired. KATSEYE doesn't fall into that category. They're naturals and it feels like they were born to perform. Singing some of their hits like ‘Debut’, ‘Gabriela’, and ‘Gnarly’, the group gave Manon a shoutout and put their best foot forward (literally and metaphorically), something the audience couldn’t get enough of.
Festival crowds can be tricky; as not everyone is there to specifically see you, reactions to the performance can go either way. But the energy in Argentina was immediate, and watching KATSEYE not only flaunt their flawless vocals and dance moves, but also their personality in between songs was extra cool. Daniela in particular got emotional, and spoke in Spanish about how this moment, along with the Argentinian culture and energy was a part of her heart, and fans must have felt like this was a full circle, and completely deserving moment. Every song was peak KATSEYE, and by that I mean, it was loud (in the best way), colorful, and energetic, and people who only saw them via music videos or social media got a chance to watch their act and sing along in real time. If you weren’t able to witness it live, you can watch the 50 minute set online and live vicariously through it.
If you thought that their performance at Lollapalooza Argentina was just a one off and they couldn’t replicate the same a second time, then Lollapalooza Brazil begs to differ. KATSEYE’s next stop on the Lollapalooza circuit was Brazil, and boy, did they welcome our girls with open arms. A passive audience? Never heard of it. Brazilian crowds manage to make any act’s performance feel like a headlining show, and what helps is that the KATSEYE members have genuine charisma, matching the audience’s energy perfectly by leaning into it. It looks as though they’ve been performing for decades, and this is just what another normal Sunday looks like for them. I’m always left in awe after watching their dance breaks!
The atmosphere is charged, and made better by KATSEYE’s setlist. Even through a screen, I was able to feel the connection the group had with the screaming crowd (just watch the fancam videos online for a taste). Giving our global girl group a global stage was a fitting concept! Though this time too, like in Argentina, they were performing as a quintet rather than a sextet, with Manon having taken a temporary hiatus for health reasons (but people didn’t forget about her and were cheering for her), KATSEYE was still as cohesive and in sync as ever. Leaving the same choreography in when a member is missing could be risky, but they handled it like the pros they clearly are. Waiting for the WILDWORLD tour with bated breath? Then Lollapalooza Brazil probably comes close to what you will see on stage come September (I kid you not, the crowd was so loud!). And if this is just a preview, imagine what the real thing will be like!
For KATSEYE, Coachella 2026 was their big moment. Performing on that Californian stage is definitely not an easy feat. Plus, sharing the stage with other famous artists with dedicated fanbases like Sabrina Carpenter or Justin Bieber must have been intimidating, and if it was, their performance didn’t show it. Their own fanbase has been growing rapidly, thanks to their consistent hits and social media presence, collaborating with artists in the KPop space like LE SSERAFIM and Seventeen, and hook steps that have literally created trends online. Coachella just seemed like another step in the right direction and KATSEYE looked ready for the challenge.
Their Coachella debut was the most rewatchable performance out of the lot for me because of their confidence and how they did so much in their 45 minute set list (this time with the addition of their new single, ‘Pinky Up.’) My question is, how do they have such hardcore choreography but keep their vocals so stable? I can’t deny, I’m extremely impressed. Not only did they perform their own songs (which is kind of a given), they also were a part of one of the most talked about moments from that night—their performance of ‘Golden’ alongside EJAE, Audrey Nuna, and Rei Ami, who are a part of HUNTR/X, the fictional girl group from KPop Demon Hunters. Two of the most popular acts and modern fandoms came together on that stage to deliver a performance that was met with cheers and shouts (and as they should, because everyone’s vocals blew me away). People were not prepared for this entertaining surprise, but went along with it enthusiastically as KATSEYE and HUNTR/X dominated the stage, confirming what we’ve known all along: the former isn’t just a rising act anymore, they’re here to stay.
